Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 10% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by November 30, 2025, whichever is earlier: This is a non-refundable fee
  • 60% of the total booth space fee is due by December 1, 2025: Exhibitor is liable for 60% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by May 1, 2026: Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
