Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site.

  • 15% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by April 24th, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 65% of the total booth space fee is due by April 25th, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 65% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by November 1st, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
