Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site.

  • 10% booth deposit due with contract. This is a non-refundable processing fee which will be applied to your total exhibit space.
  • 60% of total invoice due April 26, 2024. Exhibitor is liable for 60% of total contract for cancellation or reductions after this date.
  • 100% of total invoice due by November 1, 2024. Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract for cancellations or reductions after this date.
