    Made from super-compressed 100% dry beech wood with no bark and manufactured using the latest briquetting technology, our pizza oven logs marry the best of tradition with science and technology.


    Our briquettes generate 20-50% more heat compared to firewood logs of the same weight. This means you use less and spend less overall.


    Because of their low moisture content and production process, they burn hotter and more consistent than firewood logs each time. They can also be broken into smaller pieces, so you can burn the most effective log sizes for your oven. 


    Our briquettes are chemically and bacteriologically certified for the cooking of food. There aren't any additives or binders used in manufacture. Their octagonal shape allows them to ship and store in sealed boxes, eliminating contaminates. They produce very low ash contents.
