This oven is an example of the extensive refurbishing we do on our used Wood Stone ovens. The oven received a custom made stainless steel upper facade and the oven lower base stripped to bare metal and repainted in a satin black. As with all our oven refurbishments, the burners have been removed, cleaned, tested, and replaced. All the flame ignitors and sensors have been replaced as well as the gas valves. Any deck cracks greater than 1/16" are treated and filled with Wood Stone's propiatary ceramic calk. The dome interior is thermally cleaned along with every area of the oven base interior. The oven control box overlay has been replaced to prevent malfunctions. Specific to the Fire Deck 8645 and the 6045, the ceramic heat shield panes were replaced with new. We stand behind all of our ovens with a 2 year parts and labor warranty.
